The Cell also advises Corporate Clients on various day to day issues. The Corporate Cell also handles regulatory Government approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Litigation Cell deals with various Civil Courts, Consumer Courts, the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practice omission, Indirect and Direct Tax Courts, State High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. The Litigation Team has considerable experience in diverse areas such as Constitutional Law, Commercial, Taxation and Civil Law. The firm represents clients in Domestic and International Arbitration proceedings.
